The 9th Africa Nutrition Conference (ANEC IX) will bring together professionals, academics, students, policymakers, and development partners from all over Africa and beyond. The conference will address critical global and regional issues currently impacting nutrition and health, with a particular emphasis on food system transformation, health, and nutrition security in Africa. The theme explores the impact of global challenges on food and nutrition security, public health, and policies that affect Africa’s food systems. The conference will provide participants with a forum for the exchange of new knowledge and innovative approaches for the management of these challenges, with sub-themes covering food systems and nutrition in Africa, nutrition, health, and well-being, and training and capacity-building for nutrition.
